Committers are supposed to watch the mailing lists, but in general the 
set of subscribers is unknown. If you want to reach out to somebody in 
particular, use their dedicated mail address.

So far, I've been reaching out to Wayne via emo@xxxxxxxxxxx and despite 
my never-ending questions, he's always been a helpful resource :-).  [0] 
also provides some overview of contact addresses.
