Do we really need this menu item on the file menu.  I'm guessing that this is
going to be something that is done very rarely, could we move it to somewhere
less prominant?

+1 from my side but only if it gets removed completely: it does not belong to
any  of the other menu items. There's already commands for each of the
conversions which the user can bind.

Erich suggested to discuss this in this weeks polish call because this
functionality was available since early 3.1 stream and we also mentioned it in
the line delimiter PR.

Setting to REMIND until decided what to do.
