A couple weeks ago, I performed a synchronization on projects that were from another branch. 
Everytime I start Eclipse, I go to the Synchronize view and tell it to synch on the workspace. And 
everytime I restart the workbench, the Synch view sets itself back to branch.

It looks like the view is just initializing itself to the first synch in the list instead of persisting my 
selection.
