Along the lines of Bug 73085 we need to provide controls that other applications
may embed that allow the user to edit specific colours and fonts.  We may also
want to provide a control that allows the editing of a collection of fonts
anchored at a given category (much like a category specific preference page that
looks much like the global preference page we have now).

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
