Problem screenshot description

I prefer to hide all views in the status bar. The problem is that every time I restart the status bar, the layout will be initialized, but the custom layout settings cannot be retained,

The first picture is a screenshot of my current status bar

The second picture is a screenshot of the status bar initialized after restarting the IDE (problematic)

Is this problem repairable

I think this is related to Bug 414611, some of these items are created programmatically (using E3 API) on startup of the workbench.
Not sure if there is an easy workaround for this.

It seems that similar problems have existed for some time, and I look forward to repairing them
