Selecting "Show Text" on Perspective moves icons and text out of sight.

Touching the coolbar move restores the icons and text into view.

The other way is if we deselect "Show Text" the icons doesn't align back to the right position

This is a regression of Bug 574641, when that change is reversed the Toolbar size does correctly update.
