Screenshot of the main menu entries for "Run", icons of disabled entries are not greyed out.

The icons of disabled menu entries are no longer greyed out. See e.g. the main menu entries for "Run" (e.g. in the attached screenshot "disabled_menu_items_421.png").

This is a regression from 564097, see bug 574938 for the analysis and bug 568771  for a fix in ToolItem only.

Works as expected in I20210727-1800, except the image quality, which will be addressed by 575069.
