disappearing decorators inprefernce page

Navigate to a preference page with ControlDecoration. Navigate further to another page and then navigate to the initial page. The ControlDecorations are gone. See attached video.

Not sure if this a problem specific to that page or a general issue.

Can't reproduce on Linux / 4.21 master.
Which exact Eclipse version is this? Any errors in the log?

Nothing to see in the error log. Reproduced with 

Eclipse IDE for Eclipse Committers (includes Incubating components)

Is this may be Mac specific? Could be an SWT bug then.
