A source file demonstrating the problem

A line containing hebrew words is shown in the java editor or in the console with the words in reversed order.
This happens always in 4.18. 
It did not happen in 4.14.

To demonstrate it, just look at the attached program in 4.14 and 4.18.
You will see how the comment-line looks in 4.14 vs. 4.18.

Then, run the program and look at the console-log of 4.14 vs. 4.18.

Bug 569713 is the same as this bug.
This bug prevents my team from upgrading ECLIPSE.
It messes up all sources!
