Description Maxime Gamboni CLA 2020-10-21 09:34:04 EDT
I've got the "Backward History" command (Category: Navigate, When: In Windows) set to Alt+Left.

However after (re)starting Eclipse or changing workspace it doesn't do anything.

Displaying the "Keys" preference page and doing "Apply and Close" without any change (or even clicking Cancel!) makes the keyboard shortcut work again, until next time I close or restart Eclipse.

* The corresponding Backward navigation toolbar button correctly shows the navigation shortcut between brackets: "Back (Alt+Left)"

* Clicking on that button works fine.

* Most keyboard shortcuts work fine, for instance Ctrl+Q bound to "Last edit location" also works before opening the preference dialog.

This is a recent issue. I've had that shortcut since forever but the issue appeared a couple of weeks ago at most.
