Dear devs,

key binding for "backwards/forward in history" (alt+left and alt+right) doesn't work on initial start of the IDE.
a workaround is to go to "Key preferences" and just lookup the binding without saving anything, close "Preferences" window and it works again.
this been going on for a while now (sinse early 2019 versions of eclipse) and I've reached the boiling point today.

Maybe a relevant info, I have an exported key binding preferences file which I import each time when starting a new workspace or upgrading eclipse.
I've never tried to work without this preferences import.

I can confirm this issue. Very annoying, and still a problem in latest eclipse version.
