Broken background styling in Welcome toolbar (Mac)

The toolbar of the Welcome screen (or Welcome Part) has a broken background styling on Mac.

Build: I20200808-1800
Mac OS 11.0 Big Sur, Beta 4

Sorry, it's apparently all Part toolbars backgrounds that are affected.
(which makes sense because they should share the same CSS styling)

With Bug 566842 being resolved, the problem doesn't occur anymore.
... which is (I assume) basically because the toolbar background is all white now.

Actually, the problem still appears - for instance on the standard dark theme.

The effect doesn't appear specifically only on the Eclipse-built-in dark theme. It also appears if you create your own theme - i.e. it appears on _any_ theme that doesn't come w/ white background color for those toolbars.

On the light theme for Mac it just doesn't cause a problem because the background for those toolbars is white anyway - so a white line on white background doesn't hurt anybody. :)

Cannot reproduce the problem on macOS Catalina.

Eclipse: 4.18 I20201030-1800
macOS: 10.15.7 (19H2)

Tested on standard dark theme, Spectrum theme by Andrew Obuchowicz and Planet Themes by Pierre-Yves Bigourdan (all of which I had the effect in - on maccOS11)

So, this probably is a problem w/ macOS11 (maybe SWT?).
