Bug 516841 contributed many improvements in the Wayland support for 4.8.

This is the top level bug to track fixes and improvements in the Wayland backend support in SWT for the 4.9 release.

This was never in the 4.9 plan, I suspect the plan keyword was copied over when the bug was cloned after 4.8. Re-targetting for 4.10.
