While looking at Bug 517231, looks like there are a few more bugzilla links that are broken in the help documents and need to be fixed.

Did a pass over all the projects in the platform.common repo and found several links that didn't work with external browser.
Fixed via -> http://git.eclipse.org/c/platform/eclipse.platform.common.git/commit/?id=fd978e3fc8b03ce9a89e9550df5d11767ffc86da
