As a follow up to Bug 501573 extend the model to provide the means to add trimbars to part descriptors.

We would then have 4 Model-Elements holding MTrims:
- MTrimmedWindow
- MPart
- MPerspective
* MPartDescriptor

Like the original bug this bug is for the relevant model changes. Changes in the renderer implementation and the e4 model editor should be handled by separate bugs.

Lother, Simon, did you create a follow-up bug to support the new trimbar element in the standard renderer of e4 or is your plan to use this "only" in your customer renderer?
