Eclipse is clearly capable of generating a patch file which consists of several
patches - it does so if you create a patch against a directory, for instance.

When the remote link is relatively slow and you *know* which resources you've
changed, it would be nice to be able to select all of them and then select 
Team > Create Patch.

(Apologies if this is already in 3.0.)
