This is not the right approach. If we as Platform UI decide to delete an API, then we must at least first clean up our own code. Filtering the problems will not help, but result in compile errors at the time of deletion.

Please revert that change.

The filters need to be added to avoid API errors. See https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=442959#c8
