The appearance when selecting file. Only the selected file appears, and the other is missing.

Sometimes when clicking a file in the navigator pane, the list disappears and only the selected file is displayed. To get a workaround, I have to hover my mouse around the navigation pane and the file will show again, or minimize eclipse and access it again.

What is your Eclipse version? It looks like a duplicate of bug 433858.

I am using version 4.4.1 SR1

Version: Luna Service Release 1 (4.4.1)
Build id: 20140925-1800

Looks like a duplicate, but the bug seems still exists.

Same issue also in the EGit staging view, consistently reproducible even in Oxygen. Compare the duplicate bug 435377. Looks like 433858 isn't really solved.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. As such, we're closing this bug.
