This is a master bug to cover investigation of all recent failures in integration builds on http://ci.mylyn.org

I pushed 2 changes which I believe may fix problems with the Bugzilla tests. A nested managed test suite may have sent an interrupt after 10 minutes causing the test running at that moment to be  aborted which could explain some of the spurious test failures:

That's pretty impressive, Tomek. Thanks for helping out to fix some of the long standing unstable tests!
