I am using Eclipse BIRT 4.3.0.v201306051647-DTDN7DGjtEqcbHuY3YHRG7D26DT4
and  "uk.co.spudsoft.birt.emitters.excel_4.3.0.v201306091613" is already installed 

when i am running the report in XLS: image(present inheader) is not dispalying and Date& time(present inmaster page footer) is not displaying.

when i am running the report in XLSX: Image is displaying in header but with very large size and Date& time(present in master page footer) is not displaying.

when i am running the report in XLS_SPUDSOFT:getting following error "+ org.eclipse.birt.report.service.api.ReportServiceException: Error happened while running the report."

For XLS format, it is duplicated with 198623
