With the latest stable version of eclipse(4.2.1), when I try to remove(hide) a button in the Java perspective the change is reflected even in the Debug perspective while it shouldn't ... For example hiding the debug button group in the Java perspective, hide the button group even in the Debug perspective ... The change is done through : Window ---> Customize Perspective ... ---> Toolbar Visibility
Unfortunately only partly fixed in 4.5 M5. Hiding *only* Save/Save All buttons in Java perspective hides them in Debug perspective, but after restart the buttons are back in the Debug perspective. Hiding *only* Print/Search/Open Type buttons in Java perspective does NOT affect in Debug perspective, also hiding all buttons in File toolbar or all toolbars in Java perspective does NOT affect debug perspective. Somehow Save/Save all are different, and I guess a refresh on action bars is missing.
