2.1.1 but should test that we don't have the same problem in HEAD
self hosting workspace
1) select org.eclipse.jdt.ui
2) copy
3) paste and accept suggested name
->the progress dialog shows no progress message and just shows "Copying:"

project copying is forwarded to the platform
moving the report there

Knut, can you look into this (if I remember correctly, you did some work in 
this copy/cut/paste area for 2.1?)
