In the initial TMF code delivery, pretty much everything was bundled in a single plugin (which might make some people frown :-)

This bug addresses the restructuration of the TMF plugin so it is more in line with the "standard" way of working in Eclipse. It is really an umbrella bug for the various subtasks (which will be added as they pop up).

The plugin structure is very much finalized.
