Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open a file in Eclipse (e.g. C-File with CDT)
2. Try to open it with other Editor (e.g. Text Editor)
3. You have to select the file in Project Explorer and go to "Open With -> Other..."


More information:
It tooks long to open the same file with other editor and it is not possible for external files, because there is no element in Project Explorer.

It would be good to use "Open With" in editor context menu.
