Not yet in HEAD, reproducible on branch_20090126_LocalDiff branch

Steps:
1. Compare two local files, pick any two from your workspace
2. Choose "Create Patch" from the context menu of the Compare Editor
3. Keep clicking "Next" til you get to "Advanced Options" page
=> it says that suggested Root Path is not a valid path, it's missing "/" at the very beginning

Note: This is wrong only when comparing valid, local resources.

Please refer to bug 270474, patch added to that bug resolves issue in this bug as well.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
