Currently, image in report desing may be displayed as different size at design time and run time. Because DPI may be different at the two stage.

A solution is to define a property DIP in report design so that same DPI is used at design time and run time.

When an image are displayed(at design time or at run time), the image will be displayed:
1. with the DPI of the image if DPI is defined in the image.
2. with the DPI of report design if no DPI defined in the image.
