The current list of subtasks in the task editor only lists ids of subtasks but does not indicate if a subtask is completed or not. It would be useful if the the hyperlink was greyed out or used a strikethrough for completed subtasks. This could also be indicated in the tooltip.

This is a good idea. Though if you are going to use strikethrough, can you please add an option to the Appearance / Colors and Fonts settings to disable it, because it can have bad readability on small fonts. See bug 169916

Also, bug 210186 is suggesting to reuse tooltip from the task editor, which already have all interesting details (though tooltip doesn't show the status)
