Select a project
Open the new folder wizard

1) Note that above the container name it says "Enter or select the folder".
I think this should be container not folder.
2) The wizard should open with the focus in the folder name field
3) Consider putting the folder name before container selection.
Entering the folder name is the main purpose of the wizard.

Consider changing the message above the container name to 
"Enter or select the containing folder"
