SaveableHelper line 177 has the following code 

monitorWrap.beginTask("", dirtyModels.size()); //$NON-NLS-1$

This monitor is frequently blocked by workspace operations like plug-in import or builds and results in an unlabelled entry in the blocked jobs dialog (see Bug 176419).
