Sometimes, when a simulation is started the Simulation Control View display a control. 

Hard to deliberately replicate, but it is being observed.

Fixing bug 176094 seemed to have solve this bug as well, they were related. If it is still happening, please reopen the bug. Most likely this wont happen again. Note that sometimes, depending on the scenario that we run, it might take a while for the simulation control to get displayed on the SimulationControlView due to the overhead of loading and displaying all the data of a scenario.

  I haven't observed this bug anymore. I think we should close the bug and reopen it if someone sees it happening again.
