The Control in the Simulation Control View starts in the correct position at the top of the view when the first Sceanario is started, but if that simulation is stopped and another (of the same) is started, the new control will not be at the top of the view (even though there is space), but at a position below.  If the second simulation is stopped and another (the same) is started, the new control will be shifted even further down.  Repeating this cycle causes the control to continue to move down.

I have fixed this bug, please sync to get the latest code for simulation control and control view.
