If I create project X, and project Y, where project X and Y are different copies of the same project from a CVS repository (X is a bug fix, Y is new devel, say), all external tool builders must have different names between the projects.

I cannot just create an external tool builder, check it into CVS, and when I check out the project, have it just work. I must change the external tool builders so that between the projects they have different names (from the department of the redundency department :).
