Given a product that ships several components that are similar (for example, several different debuggers), if you want to add a tips and tricks page for each of these components, they will appear separately in the tips and tricks selection dialog. It would be much nicer if the user could open a more generic 'Debuggers' node in that dialog and then choose the specific debugger tips and tricks page that they want.
Just adding [Intro] in front of summary... seems to be standard for Tips and Tricks bugs.
Summary prefixes like [Intro] are used to narrow down subcomponents within a larger component. User assistance has several subcomponents like intro and help (Intro is just another name for Welcome) In this case the Tips and Tricks dialog is provided by org.eclipse.ui.ide, so reassigning to UI. Not sure which prefix this falls under for them so I just removed it to avoid confusion. It seems like this would require new API to specify the category names, so I would say unlikely for 3.2 (because M5 is API freeze).
Sending back to UI as agreed to by Kim :-)

While there may be some relationship, that doesn't seem like a blocker for bug 531784
