Currently the nav frame is 25% of the entire view and cannot be resized. If you resize the entire help window, then it gets proportionally larger. We'll need to investigate if there is a solution to resizing and also keeping the current design. Actually, on Windows it appears that you can drag, but the line is one pixel long and it is hard to hit (I think that the actual hit zone is wider, but the appearance is that the user must 'nail' it to work). In addition, the mouse must change into a horizontal resize when moving over the sash to have the proper resize 'feel' to it.
