Description Vlad Klicnik CLA 2002-03-28 10:32:02 EST
20020325-NIGHTLY, Win2K

Playing with the new help, I could not resize the navigation frame (ie. had no
sash to click on and drag). I found this to be a problem, in particular in the
search results list (the nav frame was too narrow).

Currently the nav frame is 25% of the entire view and cannot be resized.
If you resize the entire help window, then it gets proportionally larger.
We'll need to investigate if there is a solution to resizing and also keeping
the current design.

Actually, on Windows it appears that you can drag, but the line is one pixel
long and it is hard to hit (I think that the actual hit zone is wider, but the
appearance is that the user must 'nail' it to work).

In addition, the mouse must change into a horizontal resize when moving over
the sash to have the proper resize 'feel' to it.
