[smarthome-dev] Eclipse SmartHome release 0.10.0

Dear fellow smart home devs,

we plan to release the next minor version of Eclipse SmartHome 0.10.0 on Dec. 7th 2018. The release is already scheduled on the project's home page: https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/iot.smarthome/releases/0.10.0

We now plan to add severe issues, bugfixes and last minute features to the 0.10.0 milestone on GitHub which should be included in the release in the next days: https://github.com/eclipse/smarthome/milestone/5
