RE: [rt-pmc] FW: EclipseLink 1.1 Review Slides

Tom,

We have dependencies from the Teneo project for persisting EMF models and are actively working with the Swordfish project on SDO and JPA needs.

Supporting these two consumers will drive much of our packaging enhancements for Galileo.

We are also investigating the inclusion of EclipseLink bundles within the Dali project (WTP) if they are needed.

+1

I have the same concerns as Jeff. I would like to know if there are other projects with the Eclipse community and the RT project in particular that are planning to integrate or use EclipseLink in their projects.

I'm ok with the release but would like to know more about the status of Equinox and OSGi integration and adoption.  "Equinox" does not appear at all in the slides and "OSGi" appears once.  What moves have been made to increase the integration with and adoption of Equinox?  Is that work done and I missed it?
