[iot-wg] Termination of Mihini

I wanted to make sure everyone knows that the Mihini project has been 
terminated. The existing committers had decided to no longer work on the 
project and no one else was willing to take on the project.  FWIW, this 
happens in open source and we try to be as transparent as possible.
