Re: [andmore-dev] Andmore questions

Hi

Andmore is already on GitHub: https://github.com/eclipse/andmore
But any issues should be reported to Bugzilla: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?product=andmore

As Don mentioned there are happy paths that work. But, for sure, there are also lots of workflows that are problematic.

It would be great if you guys can spread the word of Andmore on the mentioned social channels. Messing up with the code to fix issues is also very welcome. Note that we are just a few old-time Eclipse committers who still try to support this project in our spare time. There is no company that sponsors this effort.

BTW, Don, you can work with GitHub repositories using a SVN client too.

We need something like github / gitlab, where issues can be filed easily, cross-referenced in commits, PRs and reviews. This is mainly for the developers, but it also helps users to see all that action and get involved.

Eclipse projects can host on GitHub if they wish. If Eclipse Andmore wants to move to GitHub, and start using Issues and pull requests, they can do so.
