[wtp-releng] status of 2.0.2 patch number 2

No good news, yet. I have tried a few
things, it sort of worked, and then it didn't (which just reflects the
nature (i.e. quality :)  of the update manager, I think) ... so will
try some more solutions this weekend before declaring it done. I think
at the worst, I'll just have to make two patch features, one for the "fresh"
case, and one for the "already applied patch number one" case.
(in both cases, it would apply the same code ... just specify their "required
pre-reqs" differently).
