Pretty sure anyone with "admin"
rights to the downloads directory for webtools got this note.  You
can ignore it, as I will be cleaning it up tommorrow when we declare our
weekly builds.  We typically leave the committer builds hanging around
until we officially declare the weekly build, just in case we need to revert.
