I wanted to point out the two classes in here that I'm aware of having not been
written originally by someone at Mark Logic.  I believe both to be based on
public domain or otherwise freely reusable code.

The files in question are:

Base64.java
http://iharder.net/current/java/base64/

BoyerMoore.java
http://www.axlradius.com/freestuff/BM.java

I'm sure there's a base64 implementation in eclipse somewhere that we could use
instead, and I'm sure the other class could be replaced if necessary.
