[wtp-incubator-dev] Icons + internationalisation

I know this is probably not at the top of anyones priority list, but...when the time comes, how do we get some icons that 'fit in' with the WTP icons? For instance, we need something like WTP's XML editor icon with a cog in it to denote a stylesheet. And then theres the launching + debugging icons, we can reuse from JDT where appropriate but it woulkd be possible to create new ones. Do we create our own, or does someone else at Eclipse look after this?

 

Also, do we need to worry about internationalisation? Or do we just make sure to use NLS and let someone else care about it?
