validation UI stuff to make it on par with the user experience of the
Java tooling, as suggested by Dave.
I should be able to make it backwards compatible with the current WTP
2.0 as well.

I'm in the process of finishing up some work on the proof of concept
migration for the SSE and XML UIs in bug 212330. I should have the
last two major pieces done. Once you two are to the point where you
feel it's ready for a useability test let me know, and I'll put it
through one of my daily routines in regards to XSL work.
