[tycho-user] java.lang.NullPointerException in tycho build with dependen

Hello,

To avoid to use Nexus for my RCP dependencies, I use a p2 repo under an Apache server.
I had added the URL in my parent pom and it works fine for la lot of my builds...

But for some builds, I have a NullPointerException during the build...
If I don't use the p2 repo (in this case, I have my artifacts in my local repo) I don't have this exception...
