Peter,

The problem is that the CVS server versions
1.11.7 and beyond have changed the format of their text messages to the
client. This has effected Eclipse functionality which relies on these messages.
The problem is fixed in the latest 3.0 integration builds but not in any
2.1.x builds. See bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=45138
for possible workarounds.
