I just performed the test installation from http://download.eclipse.org/tm/builds/kepler/nightly/, there were no issues during the install. That was Eclipse 4.2.1 on OSX.

Anna - can you make sure we are signing things properly in our builds? I remember Martin saying we might be missing a few jars.
