Stupid question perhaps but how do I "run the IP tool"? There doesn't seem to be any new option to that effect in the project portal.

At the risk of going slightly off-topic: is there a mailinglist or forum on which these kinds of changes are normally announced, that I'm somehow missing out on? Because this is not the first time I've been caught out by changes in the diligence process (it's perfectly possible that I'm already on it and just missed the memo).
