I am also concerned that faceted project is currently only used by WTP
and no other projects expressed interests in using it (or at least it is
not shown in the proposal). I suppose that because framework is part of
WTP now may slow down its adoption by other projects not based on WTP.
It would be great to see some community interest around this framework
before separating it out from WTP.

Relationship with Other Eclipse Projects
I'm missing some relation to e4. The faceted project framework clearly
enhances the current project natures for a better thing. Some of this
should have an influence back into e4.
Other than that +1.
