[tcf-dev] Reverse debugging toggle command and icon

Hi,

I saw this new icon very recently. Toggling this icon shows or hides the 
reverse execution icons but that's all. I would have thought it could be 
used to enable or disable reverse execution in the tcf-agent.

I don't understand what its purpose is!? Could someone provide more insight?
